You may appear high-functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns that are difficult to change alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin creating meaningful change from a place of self-awareness, compassion, and strength. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens by building upon your existing strengths rather than trying to change who you are at your core. I strive to create a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where difficult experiences can be explored openly. I welcome individuals from varied cultures, backgrounds, identities, and belief systems, and I also welcome exploration of spirituality when meaningful to your healing process.
